RTF Viewer is a tool that works via the command line and which lets you convert a .RTF document into a runnable file, totally independent of read only, and with an integrated viewer.
It is a useful application above all when it comes to distributing RTF documents where the user cannot modify them. For example, it can be used with Microsoft Access databases (after exporting them to format .RTF) and in many other places. Also, the command line settings let you automate the distinct conversion processes.
